Become A Campus Guide
Your role as a campus guide is to have influence with the students in a First Priority Campus Club. These students need your leadership and guidance. You are the guide. Let them fish!
Job Responsibilities for a Campus Guide
1. Encourage - Encourage students in their faith, in sharing their faith and growing in their faith through local church involvement, accountability and discipleship.
- Attend club meetings at the request of the students.
- Be a source of encouragement to the leadership team.
2. Equip - Equip students to lead effective campus club meetings.
Meet with student leadership team to help with the planning of future club meetings using the F.I.S.H strategy. Effective club meetings lead to opportunities for students sharing their faith on campus.
3. Empower - Provide club resources, including Bibles, posters, invitation cards, etc., that will empower students to lead a more effective ministry on campus.
